Ms. Rogers is a 1998 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering.  She has been working as a Structural Engineer in the State of Maryland for over 20 years.  Ms. Rogers is a registered professional engineer in the states of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.  She has been assigned the designation of Model Law Engineer by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. 

Mr. Holman is a 2009 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structures and a minor in Architectural History.  He has a diverse, 12 year track record in providing structural engineering services to owners and developers across commercial, industrial, and educational markets. Mr. Holman is a registered professional engineer in the state of Maryland.
